Xanadu is a spacious, attractive all-electric version of the popular Alfastreet 23. This model is no longer in production as they have now produced a 21ft canopied open boat or heading north of 200k, a version of the hydraulic canopy launch with a small forward cabin. With a cockpit of 23 ft you have plenty of space for 10 people, a table and aft of the cockpit a bathing platform. There is plenty of power from the 8kw pod motor coupled with 8 x AGM batteries and the current owner has been meticulous in their maintenance schedule ensuring that whoever buys the boat he and his family have enjoyed so much on the Thames for summer outings, will inherit a boat in tip top condition. Obviously one of the main attractions of this model is the hydraulic canopy which can be raised and lowered at the press of a button.

The interior upholstery is easy to maintain and finished in stylish white and silver grey upholstery. A large picnic table completes the picture and there are navigation lights and onboard LED lighting for evenings afloat.

It may be possible to take over the mooring from the current owner which is at the Swan at Streatley, a much sought after location a few miles west of Reading and east of Wallingford.
