Harrow is a Frolic 21 built by the Steam and Electric Launch Company in the mid nineteen nineties and presented as a birthday gift to Richard Branson. Subsequently she was named Isabella and lived in Henley until resold to a customer near Marlow. Having been technically well maintained throughout the years she is still perfectly serviceable and a very attractive boat with a half canopy covered in blue Sunbrella to contrast with the white hull while complementing the navy vinyl cushions piped in red. This particular model has the inlaid varnished mahogany decks which constituted the classic package when the boats were originally marketed. There are transparent sidescreens with a matching blue tonneau and the floor is solid mahogany. You can expect 8 to 10 hours cruising on one charge depending on speed. As with all our electric boats there is an onboard charger so you can just hook up and leave the boat to recharge overnight.
Harrow has many years of life left in her and will make a great private boat for a new owner. The BSS certificate is in date. To really enhance the appearance of this Frolic 21 we would advise a new Sunbrella cover for the canopy, a full cut and polish for the fibreglass hull and suggest that a new owner has the decks fore and aft stripped and revarnished. These items are reflected in the asking price of £9,950.
